Baby Log Terms of Use

Agreement and Eligibility

Baby Log is operated by NLD Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the Baby Log app, website, Siri integration, Apple Watch app, or Alexa skill, you agree to these terms. Baby Log accounts are intended for adults who are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Service

Baby Log lets parents and caregivers record and share baby care information within a household. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account credentials and household join code, and ensuring that people you invite are authorized to access the household.

Health Disclaimer

Baby Log is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for professional care. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns and use local emergency services for emergencies.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Available trials, pricing, renewal periods, and cancellation timing are displayed before purchase. Alexa does not make purchases or charge users.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use automated access in a way that harms Baby Log or other users. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Third-Party Services

Baby Log relies on services provided by Apple, Amazon Alexa, Google Firebase, and Google Gemini. Their services may have separate terms and availability. Voice requests are processed by the applicable voice-platform provider before Baby Log receives the resulting command.

Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. You can delete your Baby Log account from the app's Settings screen. Household data remains available to other household members; deleting the final household member deletes the household as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may update, maintain, or discontinue service features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms, and the posted effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Baby Log is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular medical or caregiving purpose. NLD Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
