Baby Log Support
Baby Log helps caregivers in a shared household log feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, growth, reminders, and photos on iPhone and Apple Watch.
We aim to reply within two business days.
Common questions
- Inviting a caregiver: in the app, open Settings → Household → Invite Caregiver and share the link or the 10-character join code.
- Join link didn't open the app? Open Baby Log, choose "Join with a code," and enter the code from the invitation.
- Alexa: link your account from Settings → Voice → Alexa Setup. Say "Alexa, open newborn tracker skill," then give a command such as "Log a wet diaper." Including "skill" helps Alexa distinguish it from a similarly named mobile app.
- Deleting your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you're the last caregiver in the household, all baby data is permanently deleted with it.
- Privacy: see the Baby Log Privacy Policy for what we store and how AI note parsing works.
- Terms: see the Baby Log Terms of Use for service terms and limitations.
